Charity projects

BIWC believes that it’s important to give back to the Kyrgyz community.

Our charity projects and volunteer activities encourage civic activism and provide much needed necessities for people with disabilities, orphans, and minority groups in Kyrgyzstan.

We strive to help various communities across Kyrgyzstan by

  • delivering donations consisting of clothes, household items, stationeries, learning materials, etc. to communities and organizations in need;
  • organizing fundraising events;
  • increasing public visibility of charity foundations working in Kyrgyzstan;
  • working with vulnerable populations to ensure their full integration into the society

BIWC charity policy is to

  • select projects that benefit a large community and are sustainable over many years;
  • fund communities that have no or little access to international funding;
  • monitor our previous projects and ensure the funds raised are spent on their targeted area;
  • ensuring funds are spent prudently and efficiently

Over the years, we have raised money

for such institutions and charity foundations as

  • Uplift/Aufwind
  • Umut-Nadejda Rehabilitation Center
  • Yavna foster home
  • Bishkek First Children’s Hospice
  • Tokmok Psycho Neurological Social Inpatient Facility #2
  • Kyrgyz Union for Disabled Women
